a: sober
b: considering sobriety
c: interested in participating in sober events
Membership Benefits
As a member of the Boring Little Girls Club, you will be entitled to be an active member of the community and participate in any and all of our events from one year from the date of this form. Additionally, you will have a vote at all our Meetings of the Members and our Annual General Meeting.
Membership Responsibilities
Respect
- We will always ask permission! Whether it be in regards to physical touch (ie: a hug) or posting on social media, we will verbally ask permission from the other party before doing so.
- We support and welcome all races, gender identities, religious affiliations, abilities, sexual identities and ages. We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, hate or violence.
- We respect others for the choices that they make, just as we would like to be respected for our choices.
Self-Responsibility
- We will stay badass and sober while participating in all Boring Little Girls Club events or while representing the Boring Little Girls Club.
- We are responsible for our own behaviour as well as the behaviour of any guests that we may bring to any Boring Little Girls Club Hangouts.
- We will to be open and honest and willing to learn in the Boring Little Girls Club.
- We are responsible for our language and our physical response to all interactions. If an issue comes up within the Boring Little Girls Club, we will try to resolve on our own in a respectful, open and honest way. If we cannot resolve we will ask for the help of the President, Vice President or the Sergeant in Arms.
- We are responsible for showing up the Boring Little Girls Club with an open attitude
Safer, Sober Spaces Guidelines
Membership of the Boring Little Girls Club includes adhering, upholding and supporting the above responsibilities and the Safer, Sober Spaces Guidelines found by clicking the button below
Membership Dues
Membership dues are $30 for a one year membership and runs from the date this form being submitted to the date of the AGM in 2022.
Additionally, if you are financially capable of sponsoring a portion of another members fee there is the option to do so. No one will be turned away due to lack of finances.
